Lance was very communicative throughout the entire process. It was stressful on the day of expected pick up when we did not have a carrier in place, however Lance was able to secure a carrier for us on time. The cars were delivered a couple days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise for us, and they were in the same condition as when they left.

Only negative feedback is that our initial quoted price was for $1400 to ship 2 cars from Georgia to California, however the price we ended up having to pay was $2090. More price transparency up front would be appreciated in the future
