This was the second time i have used this company and have been fortunate enough that my rep still works there his name is Lance. My daughter was leaving home going off to college that was the first time we have ever been seperated. Aside from all the planning needed to move her to another state I had major seperation anxiety. I was worried about everything from A to Z. With all honesty after speaking with several different shipping companies I was contacted by Lance. Up until the time we arrived in Texas from California the one thing i didnt worry about was the shipping of my daughters car. Lance reasurred me that he would take care of everything he just needed dates cities and times. He spoke of insurance provided to cover any damages to the car, providing me with drivers name and contact information and at anytime i felt unsure or worried to contact him immediatley, in wich i did. At this point Im sure Lance knows all about my daughter i acuactly made that part of his job also LOL. He has taken my daughters car to college and brought it back only to take again in August. I would never consider using another car service even if they were cheaper. A peace of mind is worth a very dime.. Thank you so much for your service...Jovan
