I was so pleased with the process and professionalism of Felicia, at Auto Shipping Group. Our vehicle was transported from MN. to CA. in a timely, and efficient manner. Felice made proper arrangements with a reliable carrier that delivered my vehicle in very good condition at a reasonable rate. She kept me informed throughout the whole shipping process, this is our second time using Felicia. You read shocking stories of companies ripping you off and not properly explaining the process. Felicia was thorough and followed up when she said she would, along with this, I had the Transport Company Name/ Phone Number/Drivers Name and Cell Numbers. They were always, able to tell me what I needed to know. Please do not fill out forms and go online searching for another company, you will only be bombarded by many companies offering to move your car and they will not leave you alone. Some are not even bonded. Its so valuable to know, that there are customers like myself who have used this Company twice now with such high quality customer service and a strong record of success.
