Felicia was great but unfortunately the carriers she set up for my p/u were unable to preform at their highest levels due to injury in the 1st case and then vehicle issues in the 2nd
My bike was delivered to my door which was a generous apology by the carrier in the end
I very nearly lost the oppurtunity to purchase the bike because of the 1st carrier calling it off due to injury but was blessed that the seller contacted me back with an extension.
Felicia quickly set it up on short notice to her credit
If I had needed this bike for a specific time things would have been very uncomfortable and it could have been a real issue but fortunately it was not.
I believe the carrier and appreciate the generous effort to make amends but it was less than a perfect transaction.

PS When I said it was a late p/u I am refering to the fact that the 1st carrier suffered an injury and it delayed my shipment
In total the shipment was a week or so late due to delays
