I was very please with Wendy and her service and she is very Knowledgeable about shipping. My problem is with the driver who brought my vehicle who brought it to my attention that something was wrong with the rear left wheel of the car and that it was severally bent. He was very quick to have me sign the bill of lading after he showed me the wheel. I asked if he noticed the wheel being bent when he picked up the car but said nothing. I drove the car home from the drop off point and noticed that the windshield wiper motor post was bent down and the wiper arm had fallen off also. When I got home with the car and started to look around a bit more I also saw that the top pin on the left side of the windshield was bent and I could not latch the top. From what I could tell the driver had backed the vehicle down the ramp at one point and the left rear wheel came off the ramp and bent the wheel breaking the spokes away from the outer rim. You could see the paint which was blue on the rim from the car transporters ramps so that tells me it slipped off the ramp breaking the spokes which bent the wheel. As I must say this is not auto shipping groups responsibility as they do not carry the vehicles but I must say I am concerned with who they hire as drivers.

I also followed up by submitting this issue to the carrier's dispatch company.
