The whole evolution went much better than I had anticipated. Felicia was great to work with - very professional, great communication, and all-round great service, from the time the reservation was placed clear through delivery. I'm very happy with the high level of customer service Felicia provided. The carrier and especially the driver, Bryant, were great. Communication with Bryant for pickup and drop off were awesome. If I move another vehicle, Felicia and Bryant will be my first choices. Recommend them highly.
