All went well. My only comment re improvement is to keep in mind many of us in Florida for the winter are senior citizens. Almost all of us have hearing aids and it is difficult to hear and/or understand the conversation over the telephone. Speak slowly and clearly. Can't be in a rush when giving us information over the phone. This is a minor issue but can be frustrating for us seniors.
All of the other communications were clear and everything worked out well.
Evanston is a difficult city to enter with a large truck however the driver of the truck delivered the car to our downtown address. Much appreciated.
