This was my first time to ship a vehicle, and Brenda made it very easy. She explained the whole process, so that there were no surprises. She put me in touch with the driver, and kept me up to speed on when I should expect delivery. The delivery company did experience some truck issues, which was not a big issue for me, but they delivered within my required timeframe. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience, and would use Brenda again. Thanks for all of the help!
