This was the first time I ever shipped my car and I was apprehensive. Also, I was inundated by the many brokers available to ship my car. I talked with Felicia and she explained how the brokers worked, gave me some tips to compare them, and gave me a link (transportreviews.com) which provided me with the information I needed. After comparing about 10 different brokers, I narrowed my search to Auto Support Group (ASG) and Montway. Both were rated A+ with the BBB and both had excellent reviews. However, my experience with Felicia provided the difference and I selected ASG. From the time we started, she kept me aware of the status of the shipping process before ( While I was waiting for the shipper), during (While it was being transported), and after ( When my car was delivered to my daughter in Georgia). The driver was polite, efficient, and careful. My daughter said the car arrived in the same shape it was shipped (plus a few hundred Mississippi bugs). I feel very fortunate to have dealt with Felicia.
