Felicia Williams kept us abreast of details pertaining to the approximate day our car would be picked up at the point we designated and when the day came we had a pick up time that worked perfect for us to get in and out of Tacoma before the heavy traffic hit, we received daily contact from her and we were overall very happy that our car made it to it's new owner on time and intact, she was very professional & polite and I would use her service's again.
