The service he provided was excellent. Due to circumstances at the dealership, the plans need to be re-arranged three times. Throughout all this trying event he was a tremendous professional. The price was very reasonable, and the car ultimately arrived in terrific condition. He was always available to take my questions, even on a Sunday evening.
