Lance came to the rescue! After waiting 3 weeks to get our two vehicles picked up and shipped by another carrier, he stepped in and got things done! Great guy...very honest! He explained what we were up against with our location and the Spring demand returning vehicles north for all the snowbirds. No other company bothered to explain the process. Just empty promises . He got right to work, found a driver...done!
