Having never dealt with a transport before, Felicia put me at ease with her diligence. She gave me the high level info I needed. I received daily texts to shepherd me through the process and updates on when my car would arrive. I was quoted $860, but Felicia went back to requote the job and returned an even lower price- completely unexpected but appreciated. I've a another car that needs to be transported, for which I will definitely call Felicia again.
