Felicia Williams, made this a very smooth process for me. Her customer service and attentiveness to my needs exceeded all expectations. She was very thorough and kept in contact with me, when there was an issue with the first drivers truck. She made sureI was notified and kept updated and still managed to dispatch another truck and get it picked up and delivered on time. I am so grateful to know that there are still people that care in the customer service business.
