Shawnee Walters provided outstanding customer service. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsive to my telephone calls and emails, and made me feel comfortable with the process of shipping my car. I was extremely impressed with her ability to locate a carrier that picked up my car within a couple days, and delivered to its location ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Shawnee, and will definitely contact her again for future auto transport needs.
