I was very happy with Felicia. She was very knowledgable and accessible. I was able to get an answer to any and all of my questions within a few minutes of texting or emailing her which is quite rare.

If you're looking for someone who will be completely available to answer your questions in a kind and thorough manner, I highly recommend Felicia Williams. Btw, I'm not a robot so let me be completely honest with you. I was nervous about shipping my car across the country to move my life to my new job and she gave me the support I needed. That being said...I never give reviews. I hate them. I believe Yelp is for complaining negative people. When I received an email asking me to review Felicia, I decided to make sure that others knew she was worth it. I hope this helps. She really cares about doing her job well, and I believe we the consumers benefit greatly from the people who care. :)
