Very nice customer service rep, not the best experience

Called over a month in advance make arrangements. Told them that I absolutely needed the cars (2 of them) picked up by Friday due to prior commitments, and was given a window of Mon-Wed for pickup, and told to wait for a call from the driver. By Wednesday I had received no call and called Brenda. She said that the contracted driver had lost track of my paperwork and they didn't even realize that they needed to come get my cars. The driver gave a new pickup date of Monday, which wouldn't work because I flew out on Sunday. I got nervous and angry, and after several calls I was told that actually the driver COULD make it on Friday.

Cars were picked up on Friday as promised.

Cars arrived on the other end and one of the windshields had chips and a crack in it.

Due to the fact that the cars were picked up later than originally planned, I ended up spending about $400 more on the other end on rental cars waiting for my cars to arrive, effectively adding to the cost of the shipment.

Throughout everything, Brenda was nice and did her job well, except for the fact that I would expect her to be following up with the contracted trucking company to make sure that they didn't lose my paperwork, which she apparently didnt do, and it ended up costing me hundreds of dollars.

I won't do business with this shipping company again.
