At first I was comforted by Lance's attitude & confidence that he and the auto shipper he selected would be able to satisfy my requests. I felt confident to place my automobile in his hands.
However, I found myself initiating contact, rather than being contacted. Perhaps this is the common practice in this industry, but I was hoping for a greater level of customer expectation anticipation.
In the end my car was delivered later than anticipated & I was expecting a more kind and understanding approach. Rather than throwing up of the hands and asking, 'Well what would you like me to do from 3000 miles away?'
Thank you for delivering my car in the condition in which it was placed on the truck, for that I am grateful.
