Not just a car being shipped...
With the overwhelming number of quotes from different companies, Lance took the time to provide details of the process with first time shipping and not just looking to make a sale. Understanding that it was so much more than just a car going from point A to point B. He was understanding and compassionate of the circumstances surrounding and the sentimental importance of the car and being shipped to my belated boyfriend's family. That made all the difference in the world to me and why I chose Lance. I am definitely keeping his information for any future transport needs that may occur. Thank you again Lance for your patience with me and assisting with this transaction as hard as it was to see the car be driven away on the transport vehicle, you chose the right transporter for the car to arrive safe and had compassionate drivers on both ends with the car being picked up and the arrival at the family's house. Words cannot describe my gratitude.
