Walter, you promised to cancel with the first broker once you booked with me, but instead you went on to book with yet a third broker.(You said you had shipped before and were quite familiar with the industry works.) We had your vehicle dispatched and processed your payment the day pickup was scheduled, it was not until the next day when you called me for a refund did we find out that another carrier had picked up already. This is exactly why you only work with one broker . As an account agent I am not authorized to issue refunds so I immediately requested a refund for you through my accounting department. You did a review for me at the time of booking. I NEVER once lied to you, and never once told you I would not refund you unless you gave me a review.
