I called a lot of transport brokers and companies and never realized there was such a big industry out there with all kinds of people vying for your business. So many were like used car salesman, some were rude and some were just not knowledgeable. When I had about given up and was going to drive cross country instead, I called the Auto Shipping Group and spoke with Kim. It was such a different experience - someone answered the phone, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and followed-up when she said she would. If it weren't for Kim's approach, I wouldn't have shipped the car, but I did, it arrived on time and was a very good experience. I would use the Auto Shipping Group again.
