Felicia was very prompt in getting me a quote and setting me up with a shipping company. She acted as a very efficient middle-person between me, Dispatch, and DNH Auto Trucking. She was very upfront about projected costs and expected times of delivery, and even when the car came late in the evening, she relayed my concerns and got the status of the driver promptly. Her professionalism and helpfulness in getting my car shipped to Ohio is second to none, and I highly recommend her for anyone wishing to ship their car anywhere.
