First Time Shipping a Vehicle - Did so for my Boss

So happy with the customer service from Greg. I was the coordinator between my boss and his sister on picking up/dropping off the car. Greg always answered my calls and called the driver to find out where he was exactly when he failed to show up. When I pressed for a more concrete time, Greg gave me the driver's phone number. I had my coworker (who speaks Spanish) call the driver and he came to pick up the car 2 hours after he said he would. I wasn't expecting this is to be on time and on the exact day they said they would show up honestly so I am pretty happy that they were honest when I called back and asked for the honest time they thought they would pick it up. I never thought they were trying to fool me. Overall, very happy with the shipping and extremely happy with the customer service Greg provided.
