Felicia Williams went above and beyond for me. I had major issues with another car delivery company and I found Felicia. She 100% delivered on what she promised. Felicia was professional, reassuring, understanding and patient. I went from no communication with the previous company to Felicia communicating every step of the way. I always knew what the status of my order was thanks to Felicia following up on every detail. She was a true pleasure to work with at a time where too many companies and people do not deliver on what they promise! Felicia took what was beyond an awful experience we received from another company and set our minds at ease. She delivered 100% and then some!!! I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me and my family.
