Felicia explained in detail all the steps and times required in the process, and provided updates during transit to confirm the truck was on track for the expected delivery date. Her attention to detailed allowed me to be at ease, not worry about the car delivery and concentrate on other aspects of my interstate move. The driver took great care to make sure the SUV fit appropriately in his truck and called me when he was within range for both the pickup and delivery. Good job! thanks!
