After filling out a form online a bulletin went out and Jessica was the very first email I received. I gave her a call and the process was very quick and smooth. I gave her some basic information on the vehicle, pickup/dropoff, and personal. From there I gave her credit card information for the brokerage fee, which is charged on pick up. I was told within 7 days I would hear back for pick up details.

I was originally pretty skeptical of a lot of the transport companies, but Jessica was professional and easy to talk with. She also made everything very straight forward. Most of the transport companies online are brokerages that setup contracts for truckers, at least that's what I surmise from everything that I have read. So I reserved my expectations and hoped that the contract would get picked up soon. Within 2 days Jessica was back in contact and setup a pickup in NC. The trucker was also very courteous and worked with my fiancee for pickup. He was right on time.

The Dropoff was just as smooth, called me pretty much at 8 am (the agreed time), actually a little earlier, and was quickly off and running with my car. Payment and receipt (bill of lading) was exchanged. Couldn't have went any better. I think overall you have to understand their business model and that it is not drop shipment of items, but rather hired contracts. That being said Jessica provided a great service even with those constraints and I hope she we will serve you too.
