I have gone through two prior companies to pick up my vehicle. The first company was Auto Transport 123, they had my order for 15 days and made an appointment for pick up and was a no show. On top of that they tried to still charge me a cancellation fee after them not complying with their own contract. The second company, First Class Auto Transport did the same thing and just would not answer or return my calls. I had to block my number to get ahold of them.

Finally, after the second company totally flaking on me. Julie Johnston came to my rescue, she was very informative, courteous and helpful. She got my order in one day and had a driver the next. She also provided me with the driver's information and pick up date. She handled my shipment with care and respect, earning my trust back. Julie, is an awesome broker and I will definitely do business with her again, and you should too!
