My tour van broke down midway through my nationwide tour. After speaking with dozens of companies and reps Felicia was the one who I felt most comfortable with. She was open and Honest about the charges and explained everything to me in detail. I was able to call her and ask her questions whenever needed. She got it picked up on time and dropped off without any issues. Highly recommended
