First time experience moving a vehicle.

I have to say, this is the first time I had the need for a vehicle transport service.
I was a bit nervous at the time since there are many sites nowadays on the web promising great quality service, and then you get to see others ratings, and or reviews and sometimes it can get overwhelming and or confusing.

I had to do my homework and start researching of shipping companies which were able to ship a vehicle within Texas, and suddenly came across Auto Shipping Group, Inc.
I made a little research and looked at the reviews, then sent my info for a quote, and within minutes I was able to know how much it would cost for me.

On the plus side, I had the chance to speak with Felicia Williams, who is a attentive and helpful person always willing to take my call and make sure I was up to date on every single detail.
She guided me through the process and explain me all the details so I could understand how my vehicle was taken care.

For me it was a bit of a big deal since the car in question was very special for me, it was't running, and I had to make sure it arrived to its destination without hassle while being on another country.

Felicia Williams from Auto Shipping Group gave me the confidence and trust I needed to make this happen remotely and make my desitions.
Thanks to her services I was able not to worry about details, and with a proper sence and feeling that I was being taken care of.

At the very end of the day it was very simple for me.
Request a quote, made the call to get introduced to the shipping process, schedule pick up and delivery dates, sing the paperwork, process the payment and after a couple of days after this a driver with a trailer with my vehicle on top was knocking a to my friends door.

Right know I am glad I had chosen Auto Shipping Group. And Given the experience and trust they provided me with, next time I have the need for moving a vehicle across the nation I would not hesitaste to contact Felicia once again.
