A few things I expected

Timeline:
Being that this is for shipping cars I expect things to happen with the driver and timelines. It is something that you will have to deal with when it comes to when they will show up to pickup and drop off. Took him a 10 hour window for picking up the car and told me he would be in contact about the day and time when I told him a certain day wouldn't work. He still showed up that day anyway. Of course this was when he called and said I will be there in 30 minutes and 10 hours later here he is. I do kind of expect this though and aside from showing up on the day I told him nobody would be there I didn't have other issues with this. Same with the drop off as he called and said an hour and about 8-10 hours later I finally got my car.

Order Placement:
I didn't have any issues here as I was contacted pretty quickly and the email back and forth was too.

Payment:
This is where I ran into BIG issues. I had made a point to find a carrier that would accept credit cards on delivery. In fact I have it in email as a direct quote "Found a carrier interested that will take a credit card. They want 1000 at delivery. Will that work?" The guy shows up and I can finally get my car and says cash only. Tells me to go to the bank at 6PM at night. You know? When they are closed and no ATM will give more than 500 in a single day if lucky. Finally got him to take a money order which I was able to use a credit card to get however it cost me another almost $60. Yeah cause I have money just laying around for such occasions.

The Car:
Let me start by saying that I had to go to my car and get it because he couldn't get other cars to start off the trailer as well as mine. The car came and was in the same condition it left in however the battery was completely dead and couldn't hold a charge. Weird considering no issues at ANY point before that. Even more weird considering he had like 3-4 operating cars with dead batteries. Had to leave my car and go buy another battery and put it inside of the car in the pouring rain at 8PM. Started right up and I brought it home.

Overall:
I'm fine with everything but the scheduled drop off day and the way the money was handled at the end. Which when doing this sort of thing is a HUGE issue. So I stick by this review for costing me even more money, time, and annoyed family members.

Matt, Sorry you had some issues, but let me address some of them. Not once did you contact me because they were telling you they would not take credit card. It was noted and if you would have called me I could have taken care of this because that is part of why you hired me, to help in situations like this. As for the timing, I am sorry that he was not in better communication. Their dates and times are estimates but I agree that he should have contacted you a little closer to both pick up and delivery so someone was there. We do instruct people to not wait around that they will call as they get closer which is why we ask for cell phone numbers. Your total cost to transport was 1250, the extra 60 was not part of your order, I instructed you that carriers typically charge 5% for credit card transactions, so that was not a surprise. I am sorry that you had issues.
