Customer Service was courteous and helpful. I never felt like I was being harassed. Kimberly called after I submitted an online quote request. She understood what I was looking to do and that I was just trying to figure things out, with other companies I contacted for quotes I received too many calls many times a day which was a turn off. Kimberly was available when I had questions and she quickly found a driver that was able to transport our vehicle. The car arrived in good condition, with no damage- she just needs a bath, but that's to be expected when you travel in an open carrier from coast to coast. I would use this company again for our next cross country move.
