Felicia was very understanding of my concerns of transporting our vehicle. She answered/returned my call everytime I contacted her, even late at night and on the weekends. I would recommend dealing with Felicia but if she recommends West Coast Auto Transport do NOT use them. They took twice as long to transport the car and they do NOT answer or return calls.
