Felicia Williams at Auto Shipping Group did a good job arranging the shipment of my vehicle. She was able to get my car shipped on the dates I wanted for a very reasonable price.

The actual pickup and delivery process needs work however. For pickup, the driver parked his rig at a WalMart 10 miles from the scheduled pickup location and refused to move, even after speaking with his dispatcher. I was forced to drive my car over to him for pickup. The dispatcher did pay for a cab ride back to my hotel however. On drop-off, the driver was 4-5 hours late, and refused to answer his cell phone for the last few hours, again requiring intervention from the dispatcher to get him to the right location.
