Felicia was very professional! She responded to all my emails and phone calls right away. At first I was very skeptical because this is my first time shipping my vehicle and not only that I was shipping my vehicle cross country. A lot of different organizations would constantly call and email me once I asked for a quote. Auto Shipping Group did not. Felicia simply gave me a quote when I asked for one. I valued this a lot since they did not try to bombard me with multiple phone calls. The quote I received was EXACT. Once I decided to move forward with Auto Shipping Group, a truck was on its way to pick up my car the very next day. Felicia kept in close contact with me as well as the driver. The trucking agency was amazing as well. The driver was in constant communication with me since there was a blizzard heading into Maryland. The driver got there ahead of schedule and even unloaded my car and warmed it up as I arrived. I recommend Auto Shipping Group to anyone looking for a reliable transporter. Felicia was amazing along with Danielle. They both did excellent and helped me feel at ease with letting someone take my car across country! 5 out of 5 stars!
