Overall a very good experience. Kim was knowledgeable and professional. The only thing I would have liked better would have been for the company to contact us and let us know what was going on. Instead I had to call several times to find out when the truck was going to arrive (we gave them a 4 day window when we would be available). Even with all this calling the truck failed to show up on time. My wife had to fly out and we left the keys to the car in the mail box with instructions to the driver to pick it up (obviously not ideal)....but thankfully everything worked out perfect and the car was delivered early and in perfect condition (my wife packed the trunk full and it was fine too).

Aaron, I am sorry the carrier did not make it there before she flew out, but dates are estimates and they ran into a delay. I am glad that the rest of the transport went smoothly.
