This was my 4th experience shipping a vehicle, but the first with Auto Shipping Group. Felicia is very knowledgeable in her field and will explain anything that you have a question regarding. I could always get in touch with her, through email or phone, with questions or concerns. Once the down payment was received, Felicia would continually update me on anything that was needed. Overall, it took a little more than 1 week to secure a carrier capable of accepting my larger than normal vehicle. The driver arrived on time and delivered exactly when he said he would, with perfect communication.
