Early Drop off and no communication with driver

I need to separate the customer service experience from Kimberly and that of the driver.

Kimberly was excellent. She worked the problem hard, kept me informed, and closed the deal well.

The problem was the driver. Our earliest delivery time was Wednesday. The driver arrived in Denver on Tuesday, without any call or advance notice. I happened to contact Kimberly that day and she told me he was already in Denver. She gave me his number, and I called him. He said he was expecting to be in Castle Rock in 2 hours. I told him he had to call my sister and arrange the drop off. He didn't. He just showed up at her house. Fortunately, she was able to get to the bank and cover the balance for me. I arrived about 2 hours after the car!

Auto Shipping Group needs to higher drivers who abide by the terms of the contract.

Curtis, I am so sorry that the carrier did not call your sister even after I told him your sister was having lunch with your dad, so he had to call ahead so she could be ready. I did everything I could to facilitate this smoothly. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.
