My experience with Auto Shipping Group was very pleasant. Kimberly, my contact person, was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. She was also very prompt in responding to my texts throughout the process. My car was picked up in the time frame that I had initially been told and was waiting for me in my destination city when I arrived. There were no surprise changes to the price we agreed upon in the beginning of the process. I am pleased with the customer service provided throughout the shipping process and will be using Auto Shipping Group again in the future.
