We had our 2007 Toyota Camry shipped from Albuquerque, NM to Brooklyn, NY. We have shipped before from NM to Kauai, so were used to such procedures. This was our first time using this particular shipping service, and the difference was most positive and noticeably less anxiety about all that was happening. This time my wife and I did an online search through Transport Reviews to verify that the Auto Shipping Group, Inc. was top rated in the industry.

Upon filling out the online request for general services through Google search, we were barraged with emails from fifteen or so companies. This particular company, Auto Shipping Group, Inc. (Phone 360-464-1039), actually reached out to us immediately upon placing the info request by phone (and later followed-up with emails). I noted that its price was mid-range ($1180), but the way the representative, Chell Hart, made me feel was that we could definitely trust her and the Auto Shipping Group, Inc. company. I have learned the hard way that many times, you get what you pay for, and my wife and I have definitely found that truism to be accurate in our choice or Auto Shipping Group for our auto transportation needs.

Our customer service contact/agent worked with us in a very competent and helpful manner throughout the vehicle shipment pricing and terms, pick-up, and final delivery/payment period. Extraordinary service. She made sure to call us regularly to discuss upcoming steps and to follow-up each step of the way to ensure that the everything had been done well for our shipment (order #1012653). Will definitely use this service again and will recommend to friends in need of such vehicle transport services.
