I don't usually write reviews but I honestly feel I need to share my experience with potential shipping customers.I have never shipped a vehicle and was clueless on how the industry worked and especially where to even start. I found several companies on the internet and used their online quote system. This generated numerous emails with offers to transport my vehicle. The distance of the my shipping need was 2200 miles from Tennessee to California.I accepted an offer from another company based on the price.They guaranteed a 7 day pick-up if I paid more than the on-line quote. I agreed to the increase as I needed to ship the vehicle as soon as possible to my military sons. Once I paid the deposit, I never spoke to a "live" person again. After 8 days(delays), I turned back to the internet and found Transport Reviews. One company caught my eye as it had consistently great reviews. Although it was Sunday, I decided to try and contact them. Much to my surprise, the phone was answered by Tige Yeargin. I explained my concerns and terrible experience with the other shipping company. He was very understanding with my frustration over their broken promises and proceeded to explain in detail exactly how the industry worked. After only a few minutes on the phone with Tige, I knew Auto Shipping Group would be the company that would fulfill the promise to ship my vehicle in the time frame I needed. I had already wasted 8 days leaving unanswered phone messages and now needed to expedite the process. Tige was honest and forthcoming with vital information and never made false promises. He gave me the exact amount of money needed to get my car picked up by a driver and with his guidance, my vehicle was off to California in 3 days and delivered to the military base in only 4 days. Amazing!!!! Tige responded to my emails within minutes and even provided a direct contact number which he answered all 20 times that I called him. Auto Shipping Group truly understands the shipping industry and the needs of first time customers. I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with this company and to recognize Auto Shipping Group as the best in the industry. Great job .....
