I shipped my car from Seattle to New Hampshire and my interaction with Alexandra Nelson of Auto Shipping group was great. She was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. It was easy to communicate with emails to which she promptly replied. Since my route was very long and not a lot of carriers have drivers going to upper valley, my vehicle's delivery was delayed. The driver however was very friendly and promptly answered my phone calls for status update. My overall experience was great and I am guessing the delayed scenario is an isolated incident since I do know people who commended the service of Auto Shipping Group.
