Martha was the main person I communicated with during this whole ordeal. She was very personable, helpful, and definitely kept me informed every step of the way. My car was picked up right in front of my house exactly when it was supposed to and dropped of right in front of my new place in SF essentially exactly when I needed it to be. Service was excellent. The caveat is the quote given initially is not necessarily what you will end up with. My final quote was about $300 more than initially quoted. This was explained to be due to a very competitive shipping market at the time (End of may, Early June). This unexpected price jump also happened to my friend who shipped with a different company so this is not necessarily something isolated to autoshipping group. (On a side note, the truck for my friends company lost control somewhere in AZ leaving her carless). Although expensive, service is excellent and I'm just happy to have received my car on time and undamaged. I had packed my trunk and back seat w/ a lot of stuff and they all arrived unstolen. I definitely recommend autoshipping group for peace of mind. Thanks Martha!
