Dear Manager,

I had an auto-shipment experience with your company and I worked with Mr. Randy Chavez. His costumer service was exceptional. He was available during all of the office hours and he responded to all of my emails very fast and politely. He tried to be very cooperative and make the connections between me and the carrier company. He always tried to take care of my case (order) and fix the issues. I was completely satisfied with his part.

I didn't have satisfaction with the carrier company since they lost one of my vehicle plates during this car shipment and they didn't anything about that. However, this was not Mr. Chavez's fault and even at the moment when he realized this problem, he tried to help me a lot.

He deserve to be promoted.
