Auto shipping group and it's associates are excellent in communication with there customers. From the initial moment that I requested a quote from the company, they were respectful, knowledgeble and very strong in communication skills. Even though my SUV was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 days it didn't arrive to its drop off location till 24 days later due to a mechanical issue with the carriers truck. The carrier (freeman auto group) based of Gotham Florida, never called or replied to my various text messages, voicemails, emails, faxes that were sent by Melissa and myself. Melissa fought next to me for three weeks always keeping the communication with me and making me feel that I wasn't alone through this process. It wasn't until I finally reported my car stolen that the company started to return my calls and eventually deliver my car. I highly recommend auto shipping group to anyone.
