This is a great way to get your car across country. Stephanie explained up front what the cost would be and how it would work. She found a carrier who fit my time schedule well so that when I arrived in Wisconsin, my car arrived in perfect condition within days afterward.

At one point, I was having difficulty communicating with the driver whose English was difficult to understand. He wanted to deliver my car at midnight. I called Stephanie and the problem was quickly cleared up and my car was cheerfully delivered the next morning.

The one comment I have is that I understood the car would deliver to my door. This is not possible with those huge trucks that carry 8 or 9 cars at a time. You need to agree on a place to meet with the trucker where he has a big parking lot to maneuver in. I suggest an interpreter step in to help find a place that is convenient for both the customer and carrier.

I would use this service again.
