I was able to arrange auto transport in a few days time and even had to change the original pick up location. Malia was not only able to work out the details in short period of time, she was friendly, warm and very responsive. Also, she contracted with an excellent firm, CATS auto transport, out of CA and everyone from the customer service person at the office, to the original pick up driver to the delivery driver was courteous, professional and on time. My Subaru was delivered in 8 days to the destination. Just had to meet the truck in a nearby vacant parking lot as it was too large for the small residential streets. No biggie. The truck was on time and due to a rainstorm on route, my car was clean! I highly recommend Malia and her outstanding service. Thank you for making a difficult situation, a breeze! Christina F.
