Kristin Nerton was very helpful to me during this transport process. She kept in contact with me via e-mail and phone and responded to my calls immediately. This was very reassuring since my car was being transported acrosss the country to California. Kristin provided me with all the information I needed- copies of the invoice, balance due, dispatcher contact information, etc. During the whole process she was pleasant and courteous.
