Well, I ordered online and someone was ready to pick in 6 days, and was picked the 7th day (it was a friday) - that was the date I selected during the order.And was delivered the 3rd day - Monday.

I was told that the delivery would be on Tuesday, but the truck diver called on Monday night and said he is an hour away. It's feels good when someone does the work ahead of time, but we were not at home and were somewhere out on some other work. However, we came back to our house by the time the truck arrived and received it after giving the COD to the truck driver.

Everything was good with the Car and the luggage in the trunk. I was pretty impressed with the service.

The only thing I wouldn't like is the way these transport companies call and say "a truck is ready to pickup your car but the driver is asking for some extra money". The driver in my case was asking for $70 more, I do not understand why they do it, it's their job and they are already getting pretty good money for each Car. I just feel this should change. Either the companies should put the actual price online or tell at the time of online order that the price may slightly vary. Nevertheless, it was all good.

Apart from all that, Matthew is a very good customer service representative. He took care of my transaction, and communicated with me clearly about everything, he also kept in touch with me for almost everyday. Thanks guys.
