I went with this company due to their customer service . They sent me their initial info via email and then I read their reviews. I then had follow-up non pushy emails from their company offering to tell me more about their company and assist me with my situation and transport . Auto shipping Groups approach was professional, non intimidating and caring . I felt they genuinely cared about my unique situation. Once I booked with them, they immediately worked diligently to get me a transporter .Also when my pickup location changed to a second different location in NY ( due to my personal circumstances) , the Auto Shipping group representative handled it easily , efficiently and supported my individual needs . My sister in -law took the car to her house in NY state and Michele Gerard with Auto shipping assisted my sister in law and coordinated the numerous phone calls from the driver transporter and my sister in law. Michele helped facilitate a smooth transfer of the car from my sister in law to the Transporter driver and the pickup of my vehicle , as I had returned home to Louisiana. I was very pleased, extremely satisfied with the caring and professional attitude of Michele and her team . I definitely would recommend Michel and Auto shipping group for automobile transport . They took the worry out of this for me !
