I was charged a deposit with this company to transport a vehicle from New Mexico to Texas. After receiving my deposit the transport company never contracted a driver to get my vehicle. After speaking with the owner, she said she would refund my money for not performing the job. It's now 16 days later and no refund. They answer the phone, put you on hold, and never return. Or they don't answer at all. It's truly the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. They took money for something they never completed. Left my vehicle stranded for over 1 week until I had to go get it myself. Don't work with this company.
